So my daily drive had an gearbox issue, it was a honda which was handed down to me, and i needed a car urgently, most people would wait a while but on the same day i went looking for a car, found an affordable audi a3 1.6 8p from Bull Cars, spoke to them on the phone and the persone was extremely polite and friendly, mum gave the go ahead and took an uber there. Had a look at the audi, and it was pristine. for a 56 plate car, i was shocked, engine bay was clean, underneath the car intact and no loose panels. the car drove really well. the sales adviser was friendly and let me drive the car with my mum, came back and did a longer drive. He gave me warranty and made me feel at ease when buying the car. Really professional. I had a engine light, which was a sensor issue, but he gave the time to invite me back to take it to his mechanic. Honestly would buy from him again, really trustworthy which is rare nowadays. im coming for that red audi a4!

Good communication throughout. Meet our dealer twice, on 1st visit the cars were parked in a gated residential area some with parking tickets which concerned me a little , also unfortunately the Nissan Micra didn’t start. Second visit, we meet at another local residential address and test drove the Nissan and Fiat . We bought the Fiat Panda, our dealer was very friendly, patient , non pushy, informative, he answered all our questions, we felt at ease during the whole process and car comes with 30 days warranty. The paper work was straight forward. As I was a new driver and wasn't insured yet, our dealer offered to drive the car to my address about 5 miles away - this saved my husband a cab trip back to collect the car. The only one negative would be the car could've had a more in depth inside clean. After a full service, no major issues reported. I am glad that we dealt with BULL Cars Ltd on this occasion and would use them again and recommend their services. Thank you!
